On TV he’s presented for Channel 4’s Adrenalin Rush series and contributed to TransWorld Sport and the National Geographic Channel. *1st place Bristol Rat Race 2009 & 2nd place London Rat Race, 2008 (with Pete James, Sarah Odell).

* Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc (CCC) 2008, 60 miles, 5,600m: 20hrs 20m 30s. Finished 324th (up 769 places from start).

* 2nd place, Three Peaks Yacht Race, 2007 (Lightning Reflex, skipper: Geoff West. Running partner Richard Ludlow).

* Running the 150-mile Marathon des Sables across the Sahara, April 2002.
